Absolutely horrendous "service". I went at 3 PM, 2 hours before they were supposed to close. I tried going inside but all the... doors were locked, so I went to the drive thru. The lady in the drive thru window completely ignored me, she refused to talk tome. All I wanted was 1 burger. They literally shut down the store whenever they feel like it. They treated me as if I was anuisance who wasn't worth serving. I also watched 2 other cars go through the drive thru and drive away with no food. Completelyunacceptable. The manager is the worst my son ordered some food and right away she was looking at him up and down because of the way he was... dressed and judging him she has the worst skills I've ever seen in my life she does not need to be a manager and I will never gothere again they need to remove another female there because she does not need to be working there either they do not have kindpeople when my son was trying to be nice to the manager he was not rude not even once she does not have people skills and Iwould not go back there ever again and I will let all my friends and family know not to ever go there Read more
The stacked grilled cheese burger is the stupidest idea ever for a burger, 3 buns 1 piece of meat, Dumb Franchise owners don?t... have much say about wjhat Jack wants to sell so this location still gets 4 stars. The strawberry shake is amazing especially on a hot day. I love the tacos and the junior jumbo jacks.
Fast and friendly, all things being considered, the crew at jack-n-crack are doing a fine job indeed. Everything was on point.... The place was clean the service was excellent. However it would be nice if they would expedite matters concerning the out oforder bathroom facilities. It's been out of commission for several weeks. That is all. Read more
I really enjoyed some of the food there, but not all of them were what I thought it would be. If I would recommend an item from... their menu is probably the curly fries. I genuinely love their curly fries. The burgers there were okay. The tacos they havethere are also decent but they come in pretty good deals. To be honest I would only come here for the curly fries. Jack n box is what it is. Good post-drinking/ I don't care about my life food. In particular wanted to try mini tacos,... definitely go loaded, taste better ???? because you came this far. What is strange is that the standard favorites like chickenpita and teriyaki bowl keep shrinking. Wow, ordered a Jumbo Jack and there was nothing Jumbo about it, it was the size of a McDonalds Cheeseburger. Luckily I ordered... large fries to fill me up, looks like inflation has gotten to Jack! Read more
