Twice, I've ordered on the app, "checked in" on the way and paid, then arrived to a locked door and a handwritten sign that they... are closed. Last time was for Father's Day. They need to disable app ordering if they're going to close during their regularbusiness hours. Costs me time and money to drive here for nothing. I filled out their survey for my order on Monday. No contactas of Wednesday afternoon. Will update if they properly refund my money. [Edit - Money was refunded, but obviously this tookmore time and effort. Still more likely to order from a more distant location on weekends, due to the repeated incidents ofbeing closed]. When they're open, service is fine. Food is same as others.
