Very bad customer service, super rude employee name Katia or that's the name they gave me she does not even know what customer... service is. The guy that said he was the manager was nice but if you work in a place like this customer service should be upyour priority instead of rolling your eyes to a customer and asking another employee to come finish the order you were notcapable of doing. Also if you don't know how to get orders on the drive thru then I guess you should stick to doing somethingelse. Food is awesome but if you plan on ordering out! Expect delays regardless! And the guy in charge and i quote ? anywhere you go... you have to wait? after i explained i ordered ahead of time. It is not my fault the location is understaffed! Read more

I?ve been coming here for years! Maybe 20 years. Chicken is usually on point. Only bad thing is, it?s in the heart of El Monte... and can be rough in the area. You will get sketchy looking people there and that makes the service tough. The workers areusually a little mean to rude but that?s what El Monte is about?. I bought a combo which is included a soda. The cashier asked me for what kind of soda I want, then he automatically added to my... order one more soda for $2.49. I saw the reciept and asked for cancel the extra, he just turn away and said I "already paid forit". He even didn't care about my request, then he gave me two sodas. I knew it's not much, but $2.46 for a cup of soda whichis sold like this, multiple many times will be a great profit. May be I got a bad luck, just be more carefull when you orderhere. Read more
