crispy chicken is not crispy & asked manager, on advertising, it says crispy & she said because changed recipe, the chicken is... not crispy. by the health department requirement , who serves food need using glove & hat, te boy who packs fry, I don't see hewear glove or hat. even who wrapping sandwich inside kitchen, doesn't wear glove. during Covic time, is it safe to eat there ? Took my mom and brother to get food but now I regret it. The drive thru cars and two customers that came in after my mom and... brother inside the restaurant got their food before my brother. 15 minutes for 3 little sandwiches. I wouldn't have minded thewait if it was busy, but it was 3 little sandwiches...and the fact that several other customers got their food before my brothereven though he ordered before, is unacceptable. Seriously I went to go buy my kids 4 Bacon cheeseburgers plain and the cook didnt add the bacon we got charged for it and the... wrapper has the B for bacon but no bacon they need to careful with the orders. I payed for something just to not get it..... Sodisappointed I love this Bk and they let me down. Read more
