This place has great food but keeps getting griddier. When you pay with a card, they add $.55 to the total. I used to go... everyday but this fee adds up. Either add the cost to the prices of items or eat it up. DO NOT MAKE THE CUSTOMERS PAY FOR IT.It's your business and you must offer different ways of payments for free! Nowdays, no one carries cash. We had a bionico and it was delicious. My kids had the agua de pepino (cucumber drink) and loved it!

Lady with short hair making our drinks had horrible customer service and didn't wear any gloves when handling my son's shake and... used her nails to open a banana ???? when I asked to get a new banana with gloves she got offended and rolled her eyes and said" ????omg" . Read more

The best in SoCal I came from Washington State to visit family and stoped here for some fresh bionicos, the tortas were the best... and to top it off the aguas frescas were delicious. Very satisfied customer and friendly staff 10 Stars if allowed!!! Read more

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn?t for one of the employees working there. The young man that took our order was... awesome and had excellent costumer service, however, the older lady working with him tonight really irritated the s*** out ofme. We had a large order and the young man that took our order was doing everything he could to get our order out quick, whenall of a sudden she makes a comment to him about a banana peel he had left on the cutting board, keep in mind he was stillworking on our order and no one else was there. She starts cleaning the other counters and getting rid of the aguas frescas theyhad out and it wasn?t even close to closing time, I guess since we were the only ones there. Once we the young man was checkingout the order, she grabs her cell phone and takes a picture of the banana peel that was still in the counter, not even 6 minuteshad gone by since she made the comment to the young man about it and now she was taking pictures of the peel!? Come on. We didseem him go back to pick it up after he was done charging us, but that lady just really got to me. She needs learn how to workwith other people and have a good communication with them, most importantly, she needs to learn how to have patience and needstraining on priorities, costumers should always come first rather than a banana peel.... I hope she?s not the manager... Again,the young man had amazing costumer service! Read more
