This place used to be my gas station of choice. It was always very clean, almost never ran out of anything, and the employees... were very nice. But ever since the old manager left it went down hill very quickly. The trash by the pumps are alwaysoverflowing, the bathroom is absolutely disgusting(pictures posted), they are constantly out of half of the items they?resupposed to have in stock, and the employees are beyond rude and unhelpful! Honestly if I could give this no stars at all Iwould. I think the Casey?s brand should look into this store because it just sad to see a pretty new location looking sodisgusting, and with it being on 54 highway, you would think you would always want it looking great! Went in to order a sandwich, stood waiting for 5 minutes for employee in kitchen to help me. Finally the manager saw me as she... went to office to count the deposit. She asked if I needed help, told her I would like a sandwich. She got kitchen employeesattention and told her. She started to come help me, but the phone rang and apparently phone orders come first in this store.Stood waiting and finally decided my money isn't good in your store. Everytime you order food and it gives you a time to pick up or be delivered you can just go ahead and 30 minutes to 2 hours to... it and that's when it will actually be ready. The customers should be informed of extended wait times ahead of time. Read more
Everytime I come in here people that work here are so rude. I stood at the counter forever before anyone came to do their job. I... don't know but I wish there was more options here. I always feel like I'm doing something wrong by asking them a simplequestion,like what time are doughnuts ready. It really sucks! Read more

Two days ago I bought gas at Casey's I had problems in the past getting my credit card to work at the pumps so I went in to pay... i put $100 on pump 7 and asked the cashier if it doesn't take the full amount does it automatically go back on my credit cardand she said yes. I cant remember the exact amount it came to but it was $86 and something cents. Well I just looked at mycredit card transactions and the remaining balance did not go back on my card. I didn't think to get a receipt but if therescameras they can see on Friday June 3rd there was a tanish color Ford F150 at pump 7 that got $100 and as my boyfriend waspumping the gas i chatted with an elderly man that was sitting in his car on the other side of the pumps . I wonder how manytimes this has happened at not only this store but other gas stations I always have trouble getting credit cards to work andalways have to go in and just put $100 on it and assume the remaining balance will automatically go back on my card.
