I ordered a pizza on the phone and called back a minute later to change the size. The manager (a female who's name I don't... recall) changed the order and the tip. I received a pizza at my door. I mentioned it was a medium and not a large. I took itanyway as my children were hungry. The receipt was charged for the large. I was not very upset at all at this point. I calledthe location and asked to talk to the manager so I could rectify the situation. I was told they were "really really busy" andthat she could not talk now. I told him what had happened and he took my name and number. Two hours later I still did notreceive a call. I called again and was told again that the manager could not talk to me and they were "still really backed up"and she would try to call me later. I have never ever had anything like this happen. A mistake on an order, no biggie. I call toeither get a refund of some type or to get a replacement order. I can't even talk to the manager. So I guess my husband and kidshad dinner and I did not. That's really not what I am upset about to be honest. The fact the manager wouldn't even take my callor call me back after over 2 hours, horrendous. Ordered pizza, wings and twists. They said it would be here at 8:20. It's 9pm and we're still waiting. Called the store twice... and whoever answered was very rude just stating he couldn't do anything "cuz the delivery guy left like an hour ago.". Lasttime we ordered from here it arrived late and cold, but we thought we'd give them another chance. Stupid mistake. Already notworth the ridiculous price and now we're having toast that will taste better than the cold soggy excuse for a pizza that we maynever get delivered. Shopping nearby at Nugget and kids decided pizza is what?s for dinner! They love the pizza here. We ordered to go and walked to... nugget. By the time we got back, our pizza was ready! We usually try to see what the special is as it?s normally a better dealthan just ordering a regular pepperoni. Today?s deal was a pepperoni triple play for $19. Cheaper than a large pepperoni. I?lltake it. There are plenty of tables if you choose to eat in and a salad bar. It has all the usual stuff, nothing amazing, butwill do if you?re craving salad. There are usually sports playing on the large TVs and a mix of adults and families eating in.It?s certainly more expensive than cooking a frozen pizza at home, but sometimes getting a pizza to go or delivered is greattoo! Called 90 minutes after ordering my pizza to check on it even though I had asked for texts on the status of my order that never... came. Delivery driver answered the phone and informed me that he wasn't sure when it would be delivered because they got busy. I ordered at 4:30 and it is 6 now. Asked to speak to the manager and learned that my pizza still had not been made and she wasunable to provide a time in which it would be delivered. Second time this has happened there wont be a third as you have lost acustomer, congrats! Read more
