I've been buying their beans for 5 years for my breville espresso maker, but lately I can't get them to sell me anything that... isn't stale. It's been a problem for over 2 months. The staff are friendly, but with 4 people working in the early morning, they seem to be focused more with filling online... orders. I walked in around 8:15am, ordered food and a Cappuccino and waited for 15 minutes for the drink to be finished. Therewere only about 5 walk-ins during the entire time, and multiple people picking up their online orders at the side table. My foodwas cold by the time I received my drink, and it was not that great...more like a Latte. It seems to me that this is now anonline business, and if you walk in, then you're going to be served second in the order of precedence. I have no complaintsabout the staff's friendliness, but with 4 people working 1 should be on the register and three should be in production mode. Read more
