This restaurant staff is racist, I was waiting for DoorDash to pick up the food, they didn't make it, my friend in the car asked... me to buy ice cream for them, because I don't speak English, he said no to the Doordash delivery guy! I worked in fast food for 10 years. This McDonald's was terrible.... My $23 order was correct, and it should be after waiting... for 10 min. in the drive thru reserved parking spot and been handed 3 other orders that were not mine. I assumed I was parkedbecause they had to fry fries or grill fresh burgers. My food was cold and the milkshakes were warm. Being in their shoes onceapon a time, I don't blame the employees 100%. You need shift managers that can deligate tasks, send employees to break on time,make sure everyone is doing their jobs and actually somewhat care about their job. Usually, being my favorite, I never find anything bad to say about McD's. Then again this wasn't my usual store. We had pulled... off the freeway hor a pit-stop. Just didn't feel the same. I noticed a piece or two of litter, not the familiar chipper voice ofour favorite cashier, as well as the kind thank you/have a nice day of our gal that hands out our order.
