There are plenty of Indian restaurants in the area but none have compared to India Oven. The food and the service have been... exceptional. My wife and I have lived all over the US and there are few restaurants we return and frequent, even if in ourneighborhood. Their Chicken Tikka and their Channa are beautiful dishes. Basic, but they are delightful and delicious. It isunfortunate that the privilege and expectation of people make them have negative experience in such a pleasant restaurant. 10/10 for India Oven and we will be back. Read more

Old cooked not freshly made poor flavor fattening with very high fat and oily food Not real Indian authentic or fresh food... especially in eldorado location . Today I ordered chicken tikka masala , Amritsar fish and bass fish. My wife and kids who likesome Indian food like butter chicken etc were very disappointed and could not eat even a single bite. I am quite familiarwith good quality Indian food . Their food at eldorado location lately is one of the worst Indian food in the town it is notfresh food-look like they serve old cooked food at some other location. very fatty oily without any original Indian flavor. they don?t have professional Indian chef or cook or arrangement to serve fresh food every day at this location. My friend i really enjoyed the butter chicken, the Lamb Vindaloo, the Pad pad, the garlic Nann, the mint sauces, the Basmati... Rice. I think they could have improved on the Vegetable Samosas. The crust was a bit thick. Read more

Picture says it all about food quality. Showed it to the waitress and she said - "Looks like someone's hair". As if I was trying... to find out who's hair it belongs to. Poor customer service, atleast the manager in charge was kind enough to report it to thekitchen staff. Read more

Moved here in 2014 and was quite disappointed in the lack of fine dining in El Dorado Hills. With all the $$ moving in over the... last couple years you would think the restaurants would be able to stay around. Well low and behold a fantastic Indianrestaurant with the best butter chicken around. I am so pleased to finally have a place with amazing food,atmosphere withoutstanding service. Awe man what a time. My 1st time here it was so amazing love the food the customers service was excellent

I was in the area & showed up around 8:50pm- they were ready to close dining room as kitchen was closing soon but they went... ahead and seated us. We felt bad but ordered quickly & the staff was friendly & food came out fairly quick. I?ve been to dozensand dozens of Indian restaurants but this was the best garlic naan I had in ages! It was fresh, crispy & tasted amazing. Rest ofthe dishes were good & very generous portions! I am new to the area so I will definitely be making another stop in future. Read more

Recently tried out this place and it did not disappoint! Warm ambience with quirky cultural decor and really good food! We... ordered Malai kofta, Kadhai paneer, Garlic naan and Paneer Tikka BBQ. I personally loved the kofta and garlic naan. Woulddefinitely recommend this place, specially if you're planning to hang out with your family or friends. They have a cozy outdoorseating space as well. Can't wait to visit again and try more stuff. Read more
