We ordered catering for a party and worked with Antonio to confirm the order was correct and would feed the hungry bunch. When... I went to pick the order up, they brought the boxes to my car and we went through it to confirm all was there. When a couplesalsa were missing, they quickly went in and got the items and threw in a few additional tortillas. The food was good andhot...and everyone love it! Thanks Antonio! Read more
For the second time in 7 days they ran out of chicken. I waited almost 10 min last week and couldn't wait any longer because of... my dinner break. Same exact issue tonight. They said, "4 minutes"......10 minutes later no chicken. Again.....had to leavebecause of the length of my dinner break. The food was literally inedible. This obviously isn?t the first time I?ve been to even this Chipotle. I?m never impressed but on... the odd day I don?t feel like cooking on my way home from work, they have a convenient and cheap kids meal so I?ll send in myorder for pick up. Today was the last, I?d rather stop at Taco Bell. I ordered online and waited 20 minutes after my food wassupposed to be ready. Nowhere was it stated that the orders were now kept behind the counter and nobody was helping me until Iapproached somebody who was cleaning. By this point my tacos were cold and the soft tortillas so soggy they were falling apart.The tacos were wrapped all together in just aluminum foil so they were flipped on top of one another, there were no veggies asI?d ordered, and more pico than anything else. I brought it home, removed the mushy tortillas, heated up the innards, and put itback onto one of my own tortillas. I ordered the garlic guajillo steak and multiple large pieces were too tough to rip apart letalone chew. My sons kids meal was cold, his chips chewy stale, and his steak tough. Ultimately it was completely inedible andwas thrown away. To top it off, trying to talk to ANYBODY is an entire chore in itself. I tried calling directly but theautomated message directed me to their website (though the voice?s pronunciation of the web page was incomprehensible). Then theemail is an automated attendant making you go through hoops to send in a complaint. I?m not going to spend all night trying onlyto tell them they need a sign on their to-go shelves that states the orders are behind the counter. Im a big fan of Chipotle but every time I come to this location it?s always a disappointment. Either the rice is undercooked (a... known issue at this location) , or the meat has a lot of fat attached to it. Chipotle headquarters needs to make a stop at thislocation to figure out why this location has the rep that it does. Read other comments, you?ll see. Read more
This is the worst managed Chipotle I?ve ever been to. If you order online it?s a total gamble when your food will be ready. I?ve... also come at 11:30 for lunch and they were out of key ingredients to make burritos! I like Chipotle but won?t go to thislocation again even though it is close to me. Read more
I work in the area, so this has become my regular Chipotle. I come here about once a week. Unfortunately, because it?s a kitchen... making everything fresh, they can alter and change recipes slightly from other locations. This chipotle location is always SOSALTY. The guacamole, meat, and queso are always overloaded with salt. Like, way more salt than a ?normal? Chipotle location. Iordered a bowl today with meat, guacamole and queso (among other things) and could only eat 1/4 of it. Please stop oversaltingyour dishes. We also ordered a very large, expensive catering order from this store for a retirement party a few months ago. Wehad the same problem. The meat and guacamole were very salty, with the large trays of guacamole being almost inedible due tosalt content. PLEASE pay more attention to your portions and seasoning. Read more
I like and love eating from this Chipotle. We order from here because is closest to our house. Tortilla was thick or strong... broke the Chipotle fork and my plastic fork when trying to go in burrito and rice, beans and neat. And burrito sorry was kindabig hard to rap so onions in side. This store really sucks. Pretty much every time I go there, and not again, they're out of white rice and vegetables. Went in... tonight no rice said "it would be a while". Rice being one of the main ingredients in a burrito, amazing. Very poor management. Read more
