My previous visit, I wanted to get my free bday drink but I ended up paying. I didn't realize until after I got home. So this... time, I told the girl at the window what happened and asked if I could still get it. No problem she said and had theorder/receipt changed, instantly it seemed. No questions asked and I was on my way. The employees there are the best! All ofthem. I have yet to see anyone without a smile on their face and I don't expect I ever will. Love every time I come here, the employees are super friendly and have the best recommendations. I especially love that I?m able... to get drinks for my kids here, as they have ?kids temp? option for their hot chocolate. Never seen anyone else to that and Ilove it! Hands down THE BEST customer service in town. Rarely is there ever a wait (wouldnt mind if there was). They are always so kind... and in a great mood. I have never had a single bad experience since they've come to town. The rest of the businesses in thistown need to learn from them. Read more
