Recently remodeled. Cleaner. Nashville is spicy but not very evenly coating the chicken.
Whenever me or my family go, they are never able to fulfill our order. They take forever saying they ran out of chicken when... it?s hours before close telling us that we have a 25-30 wait each time. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They were very quick to take my order, waited a little longer than other fast food... restaurants but it?s chicken so that?s expected. The food was very fresh, crispy and extra delicious. The staff working tonightwere so so so nice and kind and they just put me in such a good mood. The food was not tasty at all. All 3 of us were disappointed. After a few bites none of could finish our food. I ate there... many times and the food was fine, I'm not sure what happened, the biscuit tasted like generic flour and so did my chicken. Thenew chicken sandwiches the guys got were too hard to eat. Went there for dinner the other night. A girl named Alyssa was working the drive-thru.. she was amazing. She definitely went... above and beyond her job. She was very personable, and peppy. I ordered 2 famous bowls. The "chicken" was literally just over fried pieces of breading with a tiny sliver of chicken inside.... All of the pieces were like that. There was basically no chicken at all. They should change their name to KFF. Kentucky FriedFlour. Read more
