Unfortunately they care more about their drive times than they do handing out quality product. They had me wait at the speaker... box on a really cold night until the ONLY other car in line was gone before even acknowledging me. I've worked for this companybefore, I know how they are. It was cold and my baby was in the back seat and you would think they were busy, but no. Very fewcars in the parking lot and only 1 car ahead of me. I KNOW for a FACT they were just trying to get their times back up. I dontmind waiting when its busy. However thie lovation has always had a reputation in my town. Not to mention anytime we actually goi sode we get ignored while they focus on the drive thru. Basically no matter what you do, youre going to get awful customerservice. Read more

Went through the drive-through ordered a bag of burritos and hash Browns. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait so we agreed... said we would run across the street for coffee. The guy named Matt at the window told us to park in the 1st spot and he wouldbring our food right out to us. We did just that and we waited for 15 minutes no food so I called a woman answered the phone andsaid she would bring it out. We waited some more so I went inside where the woman handed me a bag and I went back outside and nohash Browns in our bag. I walked back in the lady yelled from across the room check your receipt no hash Browns on the receipt.We never got a receipt so we drove back around through the drive-through where we had to honk 3 or 4 times just to get mapped tocome back to the window. Only Matt didn't come to the window the angry woman came to the window and then told Matt to give usour receipt he had his R receipt in his pocket with napkins and salsa. Matt just chuckled it off and asked if we wanted to orderhash Browns we said no we've already waited long enough we need to get on the road I would not recommend this place theemployees are horrible and the food was not worth the wait. Maybe the lady manager needs some retraining and Matt needs someretraining. Read more

Unique Dinner Restaurant/Ice-cream parlor/grocery store.

I asked for a coffee and a shake, both of which had soap in it. It was late at night so I understand why you would be cleaning... it, but there was so much soap that I felt terribly sick and I vomited throughout the night. Please make sure you don't put soapin people's food and drinks. Read more

I stopped by at 430 pm with a bus load of high school students. I got a large vanilla malt and it was delicious. 5 dollars and 5... cents. Service was very fast. The restaurant was clean, and they had all the condiments and lids stocked. Some of thestudents got the chicken strip dinner and another got the number four meal. They said it was a nice and juicy cheeseburger,however the other was not as impressed with the gravy. The accessible entrance is on the east side of the building, but insidethe services are not as easy for someone in a wheel chair. Read more
