Came to the drive thru to get my kiddo a happy meal. Sat in line and the car in front of me ordered then pulled up so I pulled... up ready to order. It's 11:30 AM and we went in to order. The drive thru was backed up but no one inside. A manager walked up to the register... while taking a order on her headset. I asked her if she was taking orders. She pointed at the kiosk and shook her head!!! I amupset that she wouldn't take our order at the counter and didn't even speak to us. I will not be back. The employees are great I don't think I've been to a McDonald's and they were rude at this point. I really wish though that... McDonald's catered to either vegans or vegetarians because the only thing that I can really get when I go there or liquids suchas water or perhaps fries. So it's not really worth my time to just say hey I'm going to McDonald's by myself unless I'm withothers and I'll just go just for the heck of it. Read more
In general I'm actually not a big fan of McDonald's regardless but for some reason I like this store better than the other. They... seem to be a lot quicker and we'll get you the heck out of there correctly with everything that you need. I really like that. Read more
The woman who took my order sounded rude and just stopped talking when I wasn?t done ordering, then when getting my food I asked... for sauce since the woman didn?t finish my order and the guy walked over to the sauces and PRETENDED to put sauce in my bag andhanded to me my food.
