The waitress was either brand new or didn?t know her job. The brand new didn?t bother me. She had almost everything right until... we asked for go boxes. We waited at least 15 minutes after getting the to go boxes for our left overs, waiting on a check. Shewalked by multiple times without making eye contact with us before she finally brought the check and then stood over me until Isigned it. She got a $10 tip but I don?t know that she understood it was for her performance as she kept asking us if this was aspecial occasion and telling us when something cost more while placing our order. Tour of Italy, consisted of half a plate of soupy fettuccine Alfredo, a half of a tyson chicken patty soggy and from the... microwave, and what they consider lasagna. Both the chicken patty and the lasagna were covered in plastic cheese. Place feltlike a funeral home, low lighting, people whispering. Decent size restaurant but besides me only 2 other table had guest. Iasked about the dessert and none were made in house all frozen. I ate and left. Felt bad for the waitress because she didn'tknow the menu or wasn't making any money with no customers. Read more
In my opinion the service is very poor. We showed up early and then waited a extremely long time to get are food. I had notice... people who came in after were getting there food The waitress didn't even come buy to check if we needed refills. They said theywere sorry and it was due to lack of help, know it is an easy excuse to use but why were the other customere getting there foodfirst. I will never eat there agian. Read more
Great service here. Everyone is really friendly. They are offering dine in. Could be great authentic Italian food but I feel... like they take too many short cuts to save a dollar. I understand it is difficult right now with covid and they are not usuallybusy as it is. The owners are authentic Italians I do believe but again due to trying to save money the food is just okay. Wehave had several pasta dishes. Been here 3 times. I ordered red clam linguini once and it was full of canned clams. Again itcould have been great if it had 5 fresh clams in it instead of a cup of canned clams. The chicken in the pasta has a strangetexture like it has been cooked, frozen and defrosted. The flavor is still good. The gorgonzola pasta tasted like lean cuisineprimavera to me. The best thing we have had is the marsala. It was really good. The shrimp scampi was garlicky and good also.The hot rolls are great too. We want to go back to try the pizza. Read more
