My how things have changed! No more steam table of hot, fresh food! Understandable to a degree, but still disappointing! The ice... tea was definitely OLD and it was horrible! Chicken was tasty, can't get one recipe wrong if it's shipped in already battered!One cashier was ride, but one was very hospitable. But the bad is what gets these type 3 star reviews. I am a huge fan of KFC chicken pot pies, however, I bought One last week that did not have a single piece of chicken in it! I... went back again today thinking it might have just been a fluke and bought another one, this one had two very tiny pieces ofchicken in the whole pie! KFC is an old look establishment,they need new sign going n an drive thru looks even worse. When asked about your order they are... so quick to take it regardless if it's right or wrong, they're so quick to get you to the front it's ridiculous. You never knowwhat they're out of until you get to the front because it might be catch up or napkins or something. Even though they really arenice about the situation no matter what it's still poor service not to have the basic necessities also they may not even haveyour average sporks. This is my favorite kfc .the town I come from has 2 of them and they food to me just not as good as this location plus the... employees have always been nice to me and the store always looks clean . I hope they keep up the good job ! We need more cleanand friendly locations like this one Read more
