Food was good but only average. Service was good but a bit slow. One waitress was not adequate at the time I went (lunch). She... was friendly and helpful but had too many tables to handle. Decor was, well, about average for a sports bar. They have pizzawhich entendres to try. I did not order a beverage this visit, but on my last visit I had a large draft. Cool andrefreshing. UPDATE: HotShots Management reached out to me to offer me an opportunity to return and try a meal again. I did and our food was... "EXCELLENT"...They even knocked half off my meal! I commend them for their superb customer service and am happy that I feelgreat about frequent visits again. 5 stars guys! ?. ?. ?. ?. ?. FIRST REVIEW: Was verydisappointed with this particular visit...ordered garlic Parm wings and fries. Received half cooked wings with an extremelythick yellow sauce that was also on the fries as well... ????and it was lukewarm at best. Let me say, this is the first timeI've experienced this type meal here, usually it's pleasing. I was there around 4pm on a weekday, so don't recommend visitingthen. We we went to Hotshots for the first time today and when the food arrived we were surprised to get a different item than was on... the "lunch specials" of the menu. The waitress was nice and exchanged the food, but we were most surprised when the bill cameand we were charged $1 more per special and $ 1.75 more for a side salad that was neither marked on the menu or told by thewaitress of the upcharge on a special that included a side. When we brought it to her attention she said things change all thetime and that the (menu stated $8.99) billed $9.99 BLT wasn't a special any more even though it was on a menu we were given.
