Service was non-communicative, indifferent...downright surlyit, in fact. A sign in the case was misplaced, so I was given a... different pastry than I thought I was ordering, and my tuxedo iced coffee with oat milk was weak, too sweet, and not worth whatI paid for it. I was a *huge* fan of Peet's back in the day, but if this is what it has devolved into, then that opinion mayhave to change. This is a very friendly little spot in El Cerrito, and really my only complaint is it can be hard to park in the small lot... behind the building, which they can't really do anything about. Peet's coffee is always very good and one of my favoritestops for coffee and treats! Read more
Its okay, clean store, but busy as expected. Unpopular opinion, but the matcha here is just kinda nasty, I hate to say it, but... Starbucks actually does that one WAY better. The jellies taste fine, but have a TERRIBLE mouth feel, it ain't boba people. Sopass for next time. Read more
