Brilliant how people are so sweet. Service was so professional.
The food is typical Jack in the Box, it's a good quick meal. However, this specific store has really bad service if you're... ordering at night. Within the past few times I've gone this month, the night staff were unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful. On mylast visit, the cashier tried telling me the fryers weren't working, but when I told her I placed a mobile order that had friedfood, the fryers were magically working again. On the same visit I also asked for hot sauce and the cashier insisted that sheplaced some in the bag, but when I parked to check my order, there wasn't any sauces in the bag and I had to go all the waythrough the line just to get some. If you're trying to get food at night, just don't come here. Update: The district managerreached out to me and offered me a few meal coupons as an apology for the service, which I thought was a kind gesture, so Ibumped my review up a star. I'm still a bit skeptical about the fryers being down right after my order was apparently made,cause the timing just seemed way too convenient, but I can't know for sure and I don't want to dwell on it. It doesn'tinvalidate the bad service I've had during late hours recently, but hopefully things improve. Read more
Bathroom stinks, brother found a bug in food, he saw employe pee and not wash his hands in bathroom.
Average jack in the box. Unfortunately the side entrance is locked and only allowing e tramce through the front, but the small... parking area is on the side. In the morning you must battle the super harsh sun reflecting its full power off the front sideglass directly onto you as you walk to the front entrance. Staff was super busy but still friendly. Manager attended to ourneeds personally and was super nice despite being way over worked. Only down side is that locked side entrance. Fix that so youdon't burn to death trying to get in. Read more

I walked in they welcomed me and took my order. I got my food went to go sit down and seen almost every table hadn't been... cleaned. Not happy I'm on a crutches and can't walk good. Then I hear the employees talking aloud about the homeless people. Howthey could they live like that and there not clean. I stayed there about 2 hrs. Wasting time. Night Shift crew needs training again. Food is cold and asked for ketchup but didn?t get a single pack. Improperly packed as if... they just threw the food in the bag and handing it to me not even folding it SMH -_- Read more
