Well, while I really love Auntie Annie's, this location disappointed. I waited in line for over 15 minutes only for them to tell... me they were out of cinnamon nugget pretzels and couldn't make anymore due to the time. It was 8:15 when I got in line, leftempty handed at 8:30. Thanks for nothing, literally. Read more
Delicious pretzels and amazing costumer service. I'm so addicted to this place now that I have to stop by it everyday. Just saw comment. Yesterday customer service was slow and only 6 items were in window and most of it was one flavor and it was... going to take 10 to 20 minutes for anything else to be done. She worked on one pretzel for 2 diffrent customers and everycustomer she said I'll be right with you still working on that one. The pretzels I got she had to salt the butter and salt werewarmer than the actual pretzel. Not worth it. Read more
