Was there at 1 pm and it was hot as hell. Ordered our drinks and appetizer had to ask for our drinks after waiting 15 minutes.... Brought the appetizer no plates or silverware she said she would bring it I finally went to get it and mine you nobody wasthere. Read more
I'm sorry to say this BUT I am disappointed in you pizza hut, I have always had no problems with you UNTIL TODAY I ordered in... app and my brother went to pick up the guy working the window told how much and my brother PAYED for the order. THAN the guysays oh its not ready yet can you pull up to the front...so he dose.... my brother WAITS and WAITS NOTHING so he goes to askabout our order and guess what the kid tells him "oh I can't find it" knowing he gave to the next car in line! So instead ofsaying sorry for what he did they just keep making EXCUSES ???????? PIZZA HUT PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMPLOYEES WATCH THEM MAKE SURETHIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN. We have found this location has the best ratio of getting your order right compared to the closest other pizza huts ( and even... some much further out). Over the years they have only slightly got an order off twice. Other than that everything is cookedgreat. Yes it is cheaper to buy a frozen but on a long day or week I can count on these guys to save me from worrying aboutlunch/supper for everyone. So sad! I ordered a deal on the app today and they sent me the wrong pizza and some of my wings were very small and dry. I am... even more upset after visiting in-person tonight. I thought I could talk to the manager and express how I was unhappy with mypizza and wings. I showed him my pizza. His first comment was it was a hand toss and not a stuffed crust. I showed him what Iordered and how it didn't match what I ordered. His comment was to take a screen shot & share it. Lord I wish I couldshare. Not even an apology. They then messed up our orders in the store. At least the server said she was sorry. One person atthe table ordered a sandwich that comes with cheese and they made the sandwich and then told the server they were out ofprovolone cheese.
