Very good bbq with lots of flavor, and their mac and cheese is some of best I ever had. Will definitely be going back.
It?s alright. Brisket is kind of dry. Just your average BBQ. Nothing really special in the seasoning or the sauce. Big issue... with this place is they?re not the most sanitary. Got food today and watched a lady touch a dirty kitchen towel and then foodgoing onto people plates with the same gloves on. Very gross. Made me lose my appetite. Gloves are not an excuse or replacementfor washing hands after touching different surfaces. Read more
Omg them BBQ beans.....????????are so good to the point you can just eat the beans by there self's with them big chunks of... Brisket's in them! Oh my an the ribs that's never been boil......lord forgive me for loving them ribs likethat!!!???????????????????????????? oh now wait let's not forget about the melt in ur mouth brisket!!!! For as much as we paid I was expecting more flavor. Not enough of that barbecue smack that you get from well smoked meats.... Additionally, the service was super slow, took about 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged at the window with only 3 carsin the drive thru and one other guy ahead of us in line. Overall if you are in town and the line is empty it might be worthwaiting it out. Read more
Stopped here for my husband?s Birthday and ?Wow? what a treat!! Chicken, brisket, ribs and pulled pork were ALL tender, juicy... and full of flavor! Fall off the bone... this place gets Ten Stars! Sides were tasty, too! Read more
I visited Pit Viper on 5-12-21. I grabbed a brisket taco, 1/4 lb of brisket, and a pork rib. All were exceptional! The... brisket is everything you look for in authentic TX bbq-great bark, tender, melts in your mouth. The rib was incredible-salty,peppery with a slight hint of maybe honey. Their sauce is good too, but to me, great TX BBQ should be able to stand on its own,and this stuff does! I also enjoyed the brisket taco, the tortilla was very good (which matters to me) and the chopped beefwith sauce was great! I can?t wait to go back and try other menu items! Well done and keep it up!
