I was in from out of town and was given this place as a suggestion to eat. The suggestion was the Philly cheesesteak. So that is... what I tried and it was pretty good. I like the fries the best. I would say the sandwich was not the best but not the worst I'vehad. But I've been to a lot of places and even Philly. Like some others have said the place could use a bit of a scrub down buteveryone there was nice and it was easy to get the order in. It did however take a while for me to get the food and it reallywasn't that busy that day. I believe they cooked to order which is great and probably why it took a bit. If I'm back in thatneck of the woods I'll probably give them another try. Read more
Just ok. The burger was decent but the atmosphere is what wasn?t the best?The tables and floor needed a cleaning. They didn?t... mention being short staffed so not sure if that why it wasn?t cleaned or what. Have only been once and personally probably won?treturn although my husband does often. I?ve been going to Father & Sons for years. The guys, Mrs. Yvonne and all the staff are so nice and helpful. They have the best... jalapeño ranch. I?m not sure if that?s a secret or not. Lol! I love it! They always have napkins readily available and theirsoft drink area has many options. There are always special desserts of the day to choose from! Very great place to enjoy a meal! First time voting this establishment and it was really really good! Got there about 11:50 a.m. on a Monday and only about 4... people sitting down. Made me kinda wonder if I had chosen a good spot or not to meet my son for lunch. Well, within 15-20minutes the place was buzzing and within 30 min there was hardly a place to sit down. I ordered fried pickles as an appetizerand they were delicious! As for our entrées, I had the hamburger salad (yeah I know) and he had the club sandwich. Let me tellya, that hamburger was seasoned very nicely and really made for a delightful salad. His club came out looking as clean cut andso stacked as a sandwich I?ve ever seen. Order at the counter and they bring it to your table! Service was good and peoplefriendly!
