Good every time I go, seasoned well and the juiciest burgers around. Supper friendly staff too.
I went to Emil?s Old Fashion Burger for a date night and our experience here ruined our evening. The atmosphere was dingy... (dirty and ceilings that made me duck), the menu was incredibly confusing (conflicting, scrawled prices), and our two burgersand fries cost $50 and took over an hour to make. We felt uncomfortable and ripped off and would have left minutes from enteringthe restaurant if they hadn?t charged us up front. When we finally got our food, my wife couldn?t bring herself to finish herburger because they had so messed up her order. Other than that, the food did taste fresh and not bad, thus the two stars. I really hate to give bad reviews for a home town restaurant. First time I went it was good, so maybe it was a off day for... them. When we walked in they were really friendly . But I noticed the place wasn't really clean. I ordered a CFS sandwich. Itwas greasy & I could taste the old . My husband had the steak finger basket with onion rings & it was pretty much the same. Food is awesome with (really) too much to choose from. They'd be better off just listing a single line item saying whatever... kind of burger you want - we can do it. Great burger and neat little dive to visit and enjoy! Read more
