Food was good, fresh and hot. We dined in and employee did not want to give us straws for our drink. Our order came with 1... napkin for 2 people with food and frosty's. No napkins, straws, utensils or condiments were stocked in dining room. Read more

They always take forever taking an order, but the guy taking orders was very nice and seemed to have better customer service... than a lot of fast food workers. Which I very much appreciated. They got my order wrong (4pc instead of 6 and did not put thelettuce and tomato on my chicken sandwich) but the food tasted as expected (good enough). So I feel overall 3 stars isappropriate. Ever wondered why the wait time in store and in drive thru takes so long? maybe it's because the ladies in the back and the new... guy with classes and gross long unclean nails at the front cash register keep chatting with each other like they aren't at workand people waiting to order. I had to wait 15+ minutes for a large fry and small frosty and there was only one person whoalready ordered ahead of me. When i walked in orders were getting called and i was asked if i was ready to order by the new guyin glasses and i said i was just waiting for an order. 10 minutes go by and i ask have you guys gotten my order ready yet? andthe new guy w/ the glasses and gross as nails says "Oh yeah!" as he grabs my order receipt off the cookie rack thats beensitting theres for minutes with nobody getting it ready. Thats! why i waited so long because he set my order down and walkedaway??? like you cannot be serious. It was TWO items, a small frosty and large fry. I didn't even bother to eat by how grossthat guys nails were, I was quiet but also visibly upset and i did not see them make my food so i didn't even bother to eatneither my fries or frosty from fear of tampering or whatever. I'll still go here, but i hope that guy doesn't make my foodagain. Read more

While parking is abundant here and readily available, I wouldn't eat in if you could avoid it. The place is a common spot for... homeless Hangout and you will be asked for money quite a bit if you're in the parking lot. But if you're just coming here todrive through, the food is good and they seem to usually get the orders right. The store has been here forever. Read more

Wanted to get a Strawberry Frosty that was advertised but when I pulled up to the drive thru to order it, the employee was very... rude. He said, "nope we dont have that, what else do you want." I said, "what do you mean you dont have it, theres anadvertisement on the window of this restaurant." He said, "well, I didnt put it there, and we don't have that so what do youwant ME to do?" Absolute worst fast food experience ever!!! This place should be closed permanently. I just waited 30 minutes and still didn?t... get my order. I got my money back and will never return. They messed up a a guys order so he went inside to get his missingitems. They messed up again by forgetting to put cheese and onions on his order. When he mentioned it, the employee gave himcheese and onions and told him to do it himself. The customer rightfully angry told the employee to do his job and the employeeresponded ?f*** you?. The customer threatened to beat up the employee which I think every one inside would?ve supported due toevery employees terrible attitudes. After that customer left, an employee locked the doors trapping us all inside. They hadlike 3-4 customers cancel their orders. I ordered a $5 biggie bag and they gave me someone else?s receipt. I went to an employeeand handed her my receipt and explained that they gave me someone else?s receipt and that I just wanted my money back. She tookthe receipt, didn?t say a word, and walked away. About 10 minutes later I went to another employee and explained the same thing.She asked for the receipt that they gave me and I pointed to the employee who I gave the receipt to, and learned that the firstemployee didn?t listen to a word I said about that not being my order or about the refund because she was making the order onthe receipt I gave her. When I told her that she should listen to her customers because she obviously didn?t listen to what Itold her, she gave me the stank face. Never in my life have I ever experienced worse customer service. This location has alwaysgiven Wendy?s a bad reputation and should be closed permanently. Read more
