First went to the subway on West main in El cajon they couldn't use our coupon for some reason wasn't really clear the lady that... was in charge supposedly was kind of rude? Not sure why all I asked her is do they carry Swiss anymore and I got the ugliestlook from her she wasn't even friendly at all and I have a problem using the app because it never works like it's supposed to sowe were half hour there and they weren't able to use our coupons so we left to the one on 2nd Street in El cajon again we triedto use the app there was always stipulations when it came to either using the coupon or the app with the coupons you couldn'tget double meat and still get the deal not sure why the customer service there was okay she wasn't unfriendly she was reallyquiet not really talkative seems like nobody is willing to go out of their way to help when it comes to your app or making acustomer happy so finally at the end of all that doing and going on she said I'll go ahead and use the coupon what the heck wewere there for a good 45 minutes that's ridiculous I would like a call from the corporate office or I'll be calling you Read more
I give 2 ???? to the owner of this particular Subway . Don?t be greedy hire staff accordingly don?t put all the responsibility... on 1 person and expect customers be happy the guy that works there is very polite try to please all customers but you can see heis tired and exhausted . The food was very fresh, a large, custom made sandwich with more food than I should eat....but I did! Very clean and nice... outgoing servers. I've been back 3 times now! Read more
Please for the love god do not come here. The place was absolutely disgusting, the worker who made my sandwich did not have her... gloves on properly and she had her whole arm and watch on the counter while cutting up the food. I went to get a drink from themachine and the sprite tasted day old and don't get me started with the sweet tea, it was as if no one cleaned the machines in along time. Night crew is friendly but service sucks cause management won't staff a 2 person crew at night. Wait times for service at night... are long. Be prepared to wait at night. Also, make station looks dirty because crew is too busy to clean work areas. I'm sureservice would improve here if they had a 2 person crew at night. Read more
Friendly staff. They didn't have options for fountain drinks and only had 2 options for drinks in the cooler. 2 options for... chips. Coupon code wouldn't scan and I ended up having to pay more. Still a great price for what I ordered. Staff tried theirbest to accommodate. Meats, cheese and veggies were fully stocked. Clean and welcoming environment. Hopefully their inventorycomes in soon but that was the only issue I came across. Read more
