Look, I gotta say I have had my first bad Starbucks experience?this child who helped me really my morning?her name started with... a N like naharma with a heart on her name tag. She informed me there was no Irish crème syrup (no prob) can I have the foaminstead? Of course she said yes but it would be more. I order a drink in the App and when I went to pick it up the door was locked .I called and they asked me to pick it up at drive... through!!! How if I don?t have a car????i order this to avoid waiting in line. What?s the point of ordering in the App if I?mgoing to end up waiting in line at drive through. everyone is always so kind and positive when I come in. Yesterday when I cam in, I even had a special little note written on my... mocha that brightened my day. Good seating area and great viewing. The drive-thru is usually busy. Clean store and friendly stop. Nice atmosphere.
