I came in November 30th, on a Tuesday.. I was visiting family, and I stopped inside the mall to do some early Christmas... shopping. My family and I were having a great time. Until we got hungry and decided to get Sbarros. An employee named Heatherhelped us. She was very rude, and we were very disappointed in our experience. I would have given 5 stars if not for her. Came today April 10th 2021 around 6:15 pm and the employees especially the one that took our order was very rude, very bad... service and I could feel a racial bias coming from both employees at the front. My family was telling our Order and we?reinterrupted by the employee multiple times while asking for another item telling us the prices or asking if that was it. Theyknew we were asking for more but were constantly asking if we were done ordering and telling us the prices multiple times as ifwe couldn?t pay the price for the pizzas and etc. As well I see them putting the food into the oven ASAP as soon as someone askfor it though ours did not go into the oven until we had fully paid everything. In the end it seems these employees notattacking us racially but did have racial bias against us and as well it seems to other POC. Lastly just very bad service andleaves a really bad impression especially for tourists coming far to explore San Diego. Cant expect to have tourists coming backwith this type of trash customer service. Read more

cold Stromboli is Gross. 2nd time I've ordered and there on there phone both employees at the same time!! Never again won't be... back! Its a shame too great pizza! But at the same time terrible service. Read more
