Staff, incompetent and petty. I'm sorry, but I witnessed some unecessary rudeness to the homeless people who came through while... I was there. They paid like every other person there.....come on McDonald's employees ..have some grace and be kind. Even extrakind isn't gonna ever be wrong. Read more
This is an average score of all the times I've been here. Occasionally everything will go right and I'll get my meal quickly and... exactly the way I asked for it. Occasionally I'll be waiting in the drive-through for half an hour only to get cold food,unsalted fries, and standard condiments included which I specifically requested removed. Most of the time though, service isaverage-to-a bit slow for McDonald's and fries are usually under/over-salted. Staff is usually friendly and grounds are keptclean, but there is a large local homeless population and right behind this location is a favorite campsite, so there issometimes some litter or the occasional panhandler at the drive-through. We t to get a frappe for the wife. Small and expensive but she likes it. Got the mcdouble special for myself. Bun was dry and... overheld. The burger needs sauce in order for it not to be so dry. My personal opinion, but they rely too much on their waningreputation and could benefit from some innovation. Read more
Very very lazy McDonalds, if it wasn?t consistently lazy I wouldn?t do a review. But each time the employees are very bland,this... I got a broken lid with soda along the side of the cup and I informed the employee and he said ?sorry it came like that??instead of simply just changing it. The food during the day sits in the heating shelves for a period of time longer than itssupposed to be set and the food shows it. Read more

Went to order a adult happy meal. Not only did I not get the box for the meal but the lady who was taking order in the drive... thru was super unhelpful and little rude. I asked for a coke and got a Diet Coke I didn?t get any napkins with my order which Iguess we need to ask for now. Every time I come to this place my order is always wrong one way or another even when it?s slow.The food is either cold or just Thrown together. Super disappointed that it has become this bad..
