I thought that the prices were too expensive for the beverages. I compared them to other fast food restaurants and they were a... lot more expensive. And the size of the beverage cups was smaller than I am used to compared to other fast food restaurants. Butthe food was tasty and cooked fine and nice and hot. I just got home after buying food from here. I order # 26 the loaded breakfast sandwich. I came home just to find the sandwich... made wrong, the bread was burnt and it was missing the sausage patty. This is such a disappointment. Not the first time ourorder is made wrong. The worst part is waiting for food that is cold. I travel all over San Diego country every day of the month. I stop at Jack in the box almost every day for lunch. This morning I... stopped at your place to use the restroom and was told I needed to purchase something before I could use it. Is disgraceful!! I have to post this because it has been a recurring issue. I've gotten the breakfast platter around 5:30pm and after eating it... the other day my stomache has been very upset even this morning. I feel nauseous and I didn't eat anything else that day becauseI was full. My stomache won't stop gurgling and feeling the need to throw up. The same thing happened to me 4 months ago or sowhen I ordered the teriyaki bowl. I felt the exact same way. I noticed with their pre packaged food that can sit for hours hasbeen a health issue and needs to be worked on at this location. I don't know if they are just selling expired food or if it hasnot been prepped well at all but their other items that are not prepackaged are fine and my stoamche feels ok it's only with theprepackaged ones. One star! They talk so fast you can?t under stand them! They gave me the wrong receipt. Then when I got home they didn?t give me... all my food! The staff was rude. Forced me to order food before using the restroom. And then saw me walk to the front counter to order but... deliberately walked past and helped in the back for about 4 to 5 minutes before pretending to notice me and "apologize" for notnoticing me. After ordering a large chocolate shake (which was barely mixed and tasted more like a vanilla shake with chocolateflavoring) and a medium curly fries (they had to have been refried at least 2x bcuz they were soaked in grease and burnt) I wasallowed to use the restroom. I wish I could have held my urge to go bcuz the bathroom smelt putrid. Over an hour later I canstill smell it in my clothes which is why I decided to leave this review in the first place.. Read more
I went in the location and was made to wait again .the service had gotten better but then today I got the employee who hates her... job and get CO worker because she used her Drawer to check me out. I order the ultimate sausage breakfast meal. It said $7.10 then it rang up to $9.40. I thought that was wierd. After he handed... me the food,I asked for my receipt. He said it didn't print. I laughed and told him sorry buddy I need it for tax purposes. Thenthe lady behind him went to the machine rang up the order and handed me a receipt with $.70.
