Was really unhappy with the weekend night crew!! Food was not made as ordered. French Fries were old and cold. I could not be... heard over the volume of the radio being blared out and when I complained the MANEGER not only DIDN'T turn down the music, butshe responded to her subordinate EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONALY in another language...one I just so happened to knowfluently!! As of about 3 weeks ago this store was one of the better stores in the San Diego/El Cajon area. But they now have a shift... manager I Think with the name( MARIA) That has NO business in any type of Customer Service, unless your trying to kill thestores Reputation. I made a special order requiring FRESH cooked food, this was not my first time and Never had a issue untilabout 3-4 weeks ago, I made my order and they knew that I had No issues waiting for my food, and when I asked( MARIA ) if shewould relay my order request, she acted like she did not hear me and I know she did. I waited and got Cold food so I asked herWhy she didn't relay my request and she said I don't have the time, or didn't have the time to give CUSTOMER SERVICE, That's isher job if That's what they do at a fast food restaurant. other than that the store is usually a very good place to get warmfood. I have filled out the receipt many times now and I think someone may have talked to her because she came in after lunch Ithink and whet off on the lady that took my order, telling her That I was not aloud back in the store, In front of othercustomers that were waiting. Person at the drive-through was rude, only gave two barbecue sauces for two meals of what was supposed to be nuggest which were... also given incorrectly, we were given chicken strips and the Sprite has no flavor. Today was the first day in a long time since I returned to this Jack in the Box and I was truly affected by a young man who was... working both the counter and what appeared in the back too. He appeared so overwhelmed. There were many, many cars at the drivethrough as well and I could hear the anxiety in the voices of the staff as well. Then I saw this young man go inside a room andit appeared to me, perhaps to release some stress? Then customers started to line up and here I am waiting for my order forquite a while. The mgr had to start waiting on the customers as kept looking at the drive through customers as well as theorders and the cooks. She was most definitely stressed out and taking it out on the customers a bit. Which I am sure it was nother intention. Thank God the customers were not rude. I think we as customers must let our fast food workers know how much theyare valued and appreciated. And the CEOS need to value their workers more. This experience was a sad day for me and I hope thatthey know I appreciate them all which I let them know. Read more

I left the review yesterday and it no longer shows on your site. Very disappointing. Again I shall I shop in the San Diego area... and stop at Jack in the Box hes stuck in a Box often. Came in early before a meeting to use the restroom and was told I had topurchase something before I could use the restroom. I had to purchase a $2 Lemonade before she would open the door for me to usethe restroom. I find that so disgusting!! I was dressed in business attire. Still don't get this and to take my review down iswrong. Read more

This is a zero stars Jack in the Box. I ordered 3 meal “deals,” which each was over $10. plus some extra items. Went inside... to order, restaurant was empty. We got the food to go, got home and realized EVERYTHING is cold. Each burger patty was black.The curly fries tasted as if they were leftovers from the lunch trash. Cold, hard , shriveled, foul AF. I tried calling thestore to complain, no answer. I didn’t want anything other then to tell them about awful experience, now I’m writing this asa warning for others to avoid this location, I’m out over $40 on trash food that I wouldn’t serve my dog Read more
