As of about 3 weeks ago this store was one of the better stores in the San Diego/El Cajon area. But they now have a shift... manager I Think with the name( MARIA) That has NO business in any type of Customer Service, unless your trying to kill thestores Reputation. I made a special order requiring FRESH cooked food, this was not my first time and Never had a issue untilabout 3-4 weeks ago, I made my order and they knew that I had No issues waiting for my food, and when I asked( MARIA ) if shewould relay my order request, she acted like she did not hear me and I know she did. I waited and got Cold food so I asked herWhy she didn't relay my request and she said I don't have the time, or didn't have the time to give CUSTOMER SERVICE, That's isher job if That's what they do at a fast food restaurant. other than that the store is usually a very good place to get warmfood. Person at the drive-through was rude, only gave two barbecue sauces for two meals of what was supposed to be nuggest which were... also given incorrectly, we were given chicken strips and the Sprite has no flavor.
