My wife ordered take-out from the web for my family of 7. The burgers and fries are great, if a little expensive. The fries are... large orders. It was interesting to watch their operation. When I arrived, a lady was assembling the sandwiches (placingcondiments on the buns) before she went back to the grill. A bit later, a guy passed by the sandwich assembly station whiledelivering a shake, and as he passed back he looked at a sandwich that had the burger, checked the order, then closed andwrapped the burger before moving on to where he came from. Later, a different guy came to the sandwich station and startedassembling sandwiches and wrapping them as burgers were ready. That's a lot of activity from different people. It doesn'tsurprise me that one of my orders was messed up. Six out of seven ain't bad, but it is still disappointing for the one when wearen't going to drive back to the restaurant to fix the order. The burgers are OK, but for the price I expected them to be better than average. That's not the case here. The milkshakes are... pretty good but still overpriced. I like that they have peanuts for you to snack on. The one thing I don't get is why they don'thave trays. If you're eating in you should get your food on a tray. Trays are reusable, brown bags are not and a waste ofresources. You don't need a bag to eat inside the place. Read more
Great old fashioned thick hamburgers with no fillers! Staff member greeted me and patiently took my order. The smell alone when... the patties were sizzling on the grill and the fries were in the fryer was intoxicating. Reminiscent of those days when I wasan early teenager ordering a cheeseburger from a local restaurant downtown. Including, the fries or chips as they say in theU.K...You get exactly what you pay for and more...In addition, you'll get a small bag ???? of free peanuts if your heartdesires...I'd give them a 4. 5 star's...But, I didn't find the manager to be as nice as the staff member who helped me place myorder. Talk about made your way! These burgers are large, juicy, and come with anything your taste buds desire! Sauté mushrooms,... grilled onions, bacon, lettuce, cheese, tomato, jalapeños... whatever you want. Made fresh when you order it. Have a bunch orlettuce cap... fresh cut fries and enjoy some peanuts in the shell while you wait for your masterpiece! Read more
Friendly staff. You can see them cooking your food. Got a hamburger with the works, fries and drink. Handmade patties, freshly... cut fries. Fries were a bit salty in my opinion. Patties could use a bit more flavor. Overall good experience. Read more
Went there around 4pm, the place was empty, it was nice and clean. Ordered bacon cheeseburger which was delicious, fries were... soggy and not so good. Staff didn't even say hello, they were not nice at all. They also tossed fries in the bag, makingpackaging very messy, it was impossible to eat it without getting your hands oily and salty. Read more
It can either be the best food or not so best. Lots of milkshake options and burger customizations it's great tasting however... had a couple times where the wrong ingredients were put in my burger and the wait for your food is about 10+ minutes even for 1burger so not for if you are in a rush!
