I waited for over an hour and a half for my order to move from "prep." I tried calling the store and was on the phone for 40... minutes waiting for someone to answer and they hung up on me. I tried using support to cancel my order but they made it asdifficult as possible to cancel it and it ended up with me filling out a form and them telling me they would contact melater. I am never ordering from Dominos again much less this store. Read more
The order was cold and late. According to their tracker, the food was left out over an hour before it was delivered . I had to... cancel movie tickets over their tardiness . From order to delivery it took almost an hour and a half . Delivery insurance ontheir app does not work and I could not get through to their store. Furthermore, when I tried to call customer service they didnot have any operators available. Lastly, when I tried to contact them via chat they just gave me the runaround. Verydisappointed. In the last few weeks I've had more free pizzas due to my pizza being late out to my car than I've actually paid for. About... half the time they mess up the order in some way as well. Tonight's mess up was I asked for a square cut pizza with no garlicbuttery flavoring and I got the reverse of that. The only reason I still go here is because I might get a free pizza. TERRIBLE PLACE!! I called today at 5:30 pm. After they put me on hold for 5 minutes, a girl finally took my order. The whole... call took 7 minutes and when I went to the store an hour later to pick up my order I was told that they didn't have an orderplaced under my name or phone number!!! Even after I showed the phone number of the store that was dialed at 5:30 the guy keptdenying that I even placed an order. The guy then asked me to wait another 20 minutes to get our pizza done. This location used to have really nice staff. This time when I arrived to pick up my order they let me know one pizza fell on... the floor and they were remaking it. When i left i had one hot pizza, one cold pizza and a cold oven baked sub. I get thingshappen but after waiting 10 minutes for the replacement pizza I didn't get an apology for the wait, or even a thank you. Iwasn't rude, i didn't express any frustration or anything warranting a cold demeanor from the staff. Read more
