Poor customer service the other cashier Jen was very rude and would not do what I ask them to do for me on making a fresh batch... of onion rings and everything like that plus on top of it it was taking extremely long to make one breakfast sandwich and aorder of onion rings so this Carl?s Jr. I?ve been to a lot and this one is very super poor in customer service and communicationscale and terrible the food doesn?t even look fresh nobody in there wearing hairnets a cookie in the back isn?t even wearingthe uniform the patties that I saw him make look like they weren?t even fresh and they made the sandwich like that so yeah thisCarl?s Jr. surely needs to be closed down And El Cajon San Diego San Diego 2nd Street Read more
Not to busy but food is good and short wait times. This is now the nearest Carls to central El Cajon
Google said it was open till 2 am got there at 1:20am and was told they were closed. This keeps happening in a lot of stores.... Update your hours please if you're going to be closing earlier than advertised. Read more
First 1 star review I've ever left. Unbelievably bad. The staff should be embarrassed, there lack of effort is not worth minimum... wage. 3 people ignored us. First a blonde girl, on her phone, made eye contact an went around corner out of sight. 2nd guylooked at us 3 times, never a word an no service. #3 person walks up to register, says nothing an walks away..Really you get apay check for that? We ordered 2 brkfast sandwiches. It took over 15 min!!! In drive thru!!! Yes 15 min And my biscuits were burnt on my sandwich.... And they were cold#1 And #2 while were waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting some plain clothed older mancomes up to the drive thru window from inside the restaurant pops his head out and asks how were doing today. ????? I meanreally who was he this man was not in a carls jr uniform. Then he was trying to get a drink. Meanwhile were waiting waiting andmore waiting for my hard burnt cold sausage biscut deluxe sandwich and his cold breakfast burger. We will never go to the 2nd stcarls Jr again....terrible service strange service and the wait for cold over priced breakfast was the last straw for thislocation ..i highly recommended you pass this location up and find another. Carl's Jr. - i believe.. Makes the best burger around and in this location - 2nd St., El Cajon, CA, nonetheless delivers... just that - a really good Burger! We ordered a regular Angus Beef Cheese Burger and i am very satisfied w the flavor, thedoneness, & the build of the sandwich. The cashier at the window was very friendly, courteous, and professional, with a warmsmile! It's evident that management does a good job in operating & training their staff. In these pandemic times, it'srefreshing to receive good guest service anywhere we go as we seldom go out anymore. Read more
This place has gone down hill from where I started going. The new people they hire are not trained properly and are under... staffed. They allow the homeless to hangout and harass the customers. The quality of the food has gone down. I used to have towait for the food to be cooked now its is precooked and they just have to through it together. The food is warm at best item'sare just piled on and smashed in place. Today's youth have no pride in what they do they just do it. I will not be going back tothis Carl's jr. Read more
Got there 20 minutes before nine and they had already closed the lobby. Was there to pick up a delivery order that was already... ready and was told I had to wait in the long drive through line. All they had to do was literally just hand me the order. Read more
