I usually go to this BR because the past employees are always smiling and give us good service. While the two guys were o.k.,... the one kept wiping his nose. It might just be a habit, but I don't like food being handled after doing this. And BR, pleaselisten and make the ice cream buckets at an angle so we don't see employees heads going over the buckets!!!! Sheesh! Evenafter Covid, there is no adjustment? Read more

Worst experience ever. Had been 10 min prior to their closing time on a Saturday and they tried to ignore us. Even though we... knocked to ask if it was open. They just looked at us from the corner of their eye and tried to act as if they didn't realizethat we were present they. They didn't have the courtesy to say that they are clearing up for the day and they can't serve us.It's the worst feeling when u r waiting in front of their door they noticed you and they don't even respond. They were busy and there was a line. However, there were enough employees scheduled that the service was not negatively... impacted. Emma helped my friend and myself and was courteous, generous and accurate with our orders. This location is kept upwell, is very clean, and attentive to customers. Our treats were delicious and I spent a little more than I'd planned to becausethere were so many tasty choices, plus they had tempting impulse buy items displayed on the counter, which I fell for severalof! Great friendly & quick service. I had my all time favorite Baseball Nut & also got a 2nd scoop so that I could try the flavor of... the month Pumpkin Cheesecake. Very good tasting! The only reason I refuse to give 5 stars is the price of $5.99 for a doublescoop!! The prices are why I limit my visits to once or twice a year. I usually only treat myself to 1 scoop of Baseball Nut. Read more
