Went to try the new fish and fries,the food quality was pretty bad. Watched as they pulled out the fries then let them sit... untill the fish was ready, then watched and waited,food was not hot. The location was clean and the serving employee waspolite. Arbys needs to stick with the BBQ . The food was over priced for the serving size, for $2 more could have Gotten a realmeal in a sit down restaurant. Read more
I love arbys classic sandwich, however I can no longer order combos. The fries consistently taste like fish in this place.... Highly recommend you not cook them together. My daughter and I both have had this problem. Literally everytime! Read more
Normally pretty good. This time however the gal tried to serve me some fries that had been sitting under the warming lights... from before I walked into the store. I commented about them being "not so fresh" and the gal said that they were, to which Ireplied that they'd been sitting there for a while, when there were fries that had just come out of the fryer. Even then shedidn't properly fill the container, as she was frustrated that I'd pointed out that the others had been sitting there for awhile. Read more
The ads got me. I caved for the new Waigu burger. 7pm not really dinner rush, ordering was fast and great. After order it took... 15 minutes to clear the 1 car in front of me the whole time circled by homeless. After I got to the window the took my paymentprovided a receipt then was about to hand me some one else's order. I confirmed what I ordered and the worker left. 5 minuteslater another kid came up and was about to hand me the same wrong order. I again confirmed the order a few minutes later I gotmy correct food. The food was good. I had the chicken strips from the two for six menu and a Greek gyro. Unfortunately I did not get any dipping... sauce for the chicken, and I asked for extra Horsey sauce and also did not receive it. Are you kidding, it's Arby's. If you can't find something you like there's something wrong with you. Tonight I took a hungry... friend there for dinner and he ordered the 2 for $6 beef and cheddar sandwiches and a chocolate shake. He really enjoyed it. I went there and order three of the smokehouse sandwiches with crinkle fries large, I hadn?t had Arby?s in a long time and me... and my family were craving it so I took the drive to go get it which was a little bit of a drive. When I got the order I checkedDenny gave me curly fries and I told her they gave me the wrong fries. I gave them back to her I hadn?t even got my sandwichesyet so I have not touched them. Manager on duty came around and found out I have the wrong fries and took the fries and kindtossed him down on table and came to me and said I would have to go to the front and park and wait for my crinkle fries with anattitude. The girl who took my order looked a little nervous because I may because she could tell the manager was irritated Idon?t know. But for a manager she didn?t even at least apologize for giving me the wrong fries and just kind of like firmlyscolding he told me to go in the front and go park at that time I do not wanna wait and my sandwiches to get cold so I told thegirl just give me back the curly fries and I left I expect to come in there for a long drive and spend $50 I?d get a betterexperience and at least apology and also the sandwich is good but it?s very skimpy.
