Two separate orders two different nights. The first time ordered 2 hours before closing, was met with a text 30 minutes later... saying they couldn't honor the order because the bx was closed. I haven't had a problem with either of the orders I've placed. The pizza tastes reslly good. It's never taken am hour for... delivery to me personally. The only thing I didn't like is when they put the receipt ON the pizza. Read more
Placed a delivery order online 2 hours before closing time. About 15 mins later, I checked the tracker online to see that my... order had somehow been canceled (not at my request). I called Papa Johns to check up on the order and was connected to thelocation I ordered from (this one). I was immediate hung up on before being able to speak to anyone. Read more
100% should not be on base at eielson afb. Should be kicked off and replaced by something and people who actually care.... Worthless as a whole. 16-25 minutes for delivery. Never got it and out $25 for 150 yard delivery to lodging called well beforedelivery ended (hours before) and info taken. Who ever does calls and deliveries needs fired and replaced. Just order online and pick up and your order will be fine. I?ve waited over 30 minutes for them to answer the phone, but with... online orders, no problem. Pretty good pizza too. I feel like the one star this place gets is a bit unfair. Read more
If you?re expecting everything you ordered, don?t have your hopes too high! Ordered extra peppers 2 times and only got 1. Pizza... never fully cut, and I tip you would think they would take care of their customers better but they don?t care. Also, last time Iordered the ?Quality Sticker? or tamper proof sticker was already broke prior to me getting it. Screw this place. Read more
Attempting to order anytime within the last hour of the day is impossible. They will cancel your order without telling you,... until you sit there wondering where your pizza is. So then you try to call, but if you attempt to call within the last 10minutes of them closing to find out what?s going on with your order, they will say ?sorry were closed for the night? or just notanswer the phone then immediately hang up on you. This has happened on many occasions with many different people. Working nightshift, papa johns is the only place open after 7 on base and I rely on them for dinner. This is honestly the worst experience Ihave ever had with any fast food/pizza place. Do not recommend. Read more
Gave Eielson Pappa johns a 3rd strike. Well this time looks like someone got hugery on the ride over and picked off the cheese... on the pizza and it was cold with more fat than meat. Was told it would take 55 to 65 min took 138 min. If you try to call thestore no one ever picks up and if you call customer service it connects you overseas and your problem is never fixed. Read more
