We recently had our wedding at West Coast Wilderness Lodge and we couldn't have been more happy with how it went. Claire and... the entire staff really went the extra mile in making sure our weekend went off without a hitch. Weather can be tricky thistime of year but the Lodge nailed it in terms of keeping us informed and providing us with beautiful alternatives that let ourguest stay dry! It is such an amazing venue, and we loved that the wedding package included a Friday BBQ as well. If you'relooking for a wedding/event spot then look no further. Read more

We had our wedding here on thanksgiving weekend October 2021! Really Recommend this as an amazing wedding venue. The view is out... of this world from the main deck. The food and service were fantastic!!! Everything was magical!! Our guests could not stopraving about the view and food. Read more
I purchased a voucher for a 2 night stay and a zodiak tour a few years ago and found it recently. I contacted the hotel to ask... about redeeming it and if there's anything they could do. They replied and said it had expired and that's it, nothing else theycould do. I replied stating that in BC, vouchers & gift cards cannot expire, I sent them the relevant sections of the BCConsumer Act, and asked again if there's anything they could do to help. They replied and said it was expired and nothing theycould do about it. I had thought they would credit the amount paid towards a stay, or helped in any way, but they didn't. Theyignored several other emails, including emails requesting the legal owner, and the address for filing of a claim. The onlyrecourse I've had to do now is lodge complaints with the Consumer Protection BC, and file a law suit to recover the amount Ipaid. I'm out from a voucher that was worth $500. 0/5 - Would not recommend. Read more
