Reviews for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Eglin AFB, FL
I'm so glad they have Cajun rice again it is so good.
Food court at Eglin's Base Exchange Decent Popeyes. The chicken was a bit dry, but the red beans and rice were good.
The food was good, but I'm tired of going here during lunch to wait in line for almost 30 minutes because the staff doesn't know... how to manage a lunch time rush. My lunch break is only an hour. Ridiculous! Read more
At 3:30 PM on a Friday. It took them 10 minutes per person in line. After being 4th in line when I arrived, 1 person bailed... ahead of me, about 20-25 minutes of standing in line, they told me I couldn't get the chicken sandwiches because they were stillfrozen. They didn't want to cook a frozen one. Read more
Rung up and paid my order and THEN they proceed to tell me they are out of Mac n cheese. Then after it takes almost 10 minutes... to get the Mac n cheese refunded they give me 3/4 the food I ordered. I'm thoroughly frustrated but at least the employees werenice and while I didn't get my entire order, the chicken was pretty good. Would eat again, but definitely remember to askquestions and check your food. Read more
Normally a halfway decent experience here. Not so much this time. They forgot two out of my three sides, didn't give me any of... my sauces, and forgot to even give me the necessary tools to eat my food. On top of the missing food. The lady working the drivethru was unnecessarily rude, and should not be working a job that requires customer interaction. Read more
Came here for lunch, they were a little busy, but literally took 5 minutes to even acknowledge me and take my order and had a... bad attitude. Telling me what side people usually order sauces from when I asked for sauce.....and then took forever to even getmy order out, oh, and when they finally did get it out, my sides were all wrong. This place sucks lol Read more
