A horribly ran establishment. Very rude and disrespectful employees! I ordered a few things and the whole order was wrong.... Didn?t find out till I got home. Drove back to them just to get yelled at and told it was my fault. Said, ?I should?ve checkedbefore I left? they did nothing to fix my order or even apologized to me. Read more

My daughter loves this place but finally learned a hard lesson and had to agree with my findings. Tested my suspicions and... ordered take-out platters where this practice would be so obvious (sweet n sour chicken and sweet and sour pork) Ordered overthe past several months, 1 hour after opening and 2 hours before closing times, 1X a week. Results were the same every time,dark, hard and crusted refried food. Obvious they are serving leftovers from the night before and or any leftovers beforeclosing. I am familiar with cooking with oil and it is not oil related this food is refried. See past reviews over the yearsfrom others and you will see. I never review places I?ve been but I just feel so compelled because we?ve been ordering from Ky Lin since the beginning of the... pandemic end I have never been so impressed with a Chinese takeout restaurant! I almost always get the same thing (Malaysianstyle curry mixed vegetables) because I love it but tonight I ordered the seafood Tom Yum soup and it is amazing. I also alwaysget an order of their vegetable spring rolls because they are probably the best that I?ve ever had. They have mushrooms in themand other vegetables so it?s not just stuffed with cabbage and rice noodles like some of the other places I?ve gone to do. Ilove ordering from Ky Lyn and just wanted people to know that their food is amazing and their service as well. I ate the Ky Lin Special! I always do, it is like pork, fried tofu, and other various vegetables on top of an eggs that is... grilled up boiling hot for you. I recommend this dish for anyone who comes in! I have been coming here for ages and the serviceand staff is always on point! See the thing is we like the food (sometimes when it?s fresh it?s worth it) but when you?re charging $20 - $40 extra for... delivery to certain areas instead of just saying no and serving questionable food at closing, then I have a problem. How youhave a $30, then $40, then $60 minimum to the same location. Read more
