Just sailed through Jimmy John's and got my FAV-O-RIGHT Sammich... Italian Night Club, hold the Onions... Got a bag o' Jimmy... Chips to go with That Bad Boy, too! Little less than a Tenor, left them a little more...HEY, It is Christmas Times after all,and the Drive Up was a Happening Place, know what I'm saying, Kiddos? Slid on down to the Depot to see if anything was runningdown the Mainline of Mid- America... seems almost like they held up the Show till I arrived... I used the drive thru. I was ordering for a friend. I found the pricing to be a little confusing. The employee was less than... accommodating when I questioned sandwich sizes and cost comparison. My issue was resolved by the M.I.C. FYI of you are orderingtwo regular size of the same sandwich, it is at least $1.00 less to order 1 giant. My friends liked their sandwiches. Read more
We ordered party boxes a few days ahead of time for a bridal party to eat before the wedding. The order was to be divided so it... could be delivered to 2 hotel rooms in the same hotel. The delivery driver called when he arrived at the hotel. He said he wouldnot deliver to both rooms. When I explained that the bridal party was in different rooms he said "I don't have time to messwith you. I have other deliveries to make". I was very surprised as it was over $100 order and he was left a $20 tip. Icontacted the manager immediately. I was told "she would speak to the driver". Absolutely no effort was made to contact him tohave both deliveries made. On top of everything else...the condiments were to be on the side but they were on the sandwiches.Needless to say most of the bridal party didn't eat lunch and over half the order was thrown away. Very disappointing. Bestadvice is to order somewhere else that takes customer service more seriously. Read more
