Unfortunately this places food quality is hit and miss. I generally only go for breakfast but after the last time I won't be... going back. We went to order breakfast through the drive thru. It was the first time ordering breakfast from Hardee?s. The girl taking our... order was rude from the beginning. There was confusion from both her and us as she was very demanding and her attitude wasterrible. When we told her we didn?t want an item, her response was ?GOOD LORD?. We ended up pulling away and I called themanager to explain the situation and she said in her store the customer is never right and that we deserved to be treated likethat. I really used to like their food, but lately it's either not fresh or you don't get what you asked for but the customer service... part is bad almost everywhere!! Food was nostalgic since we do not have Hardee's at home. Meat was dry. Fries were delish, but no ketchup offered.
