This is definitely my favorite place to eat when I visit Effingham, no doubt! I come here almost every time I visit. Here is a... picture of my meal from yesterday (11/22/2022). I got the Effing HAM Burger, regular order of fries, and a half order of caesarsalad. The quality of the meal was outstanding. It was delicious. Our waitress was very respectful and we were checked on duringour meal to make sure everything was good. You won't be disappointed with the atmosphere as well! GRET PLACE!!!! Working from out of state and first time visit. Sat at the bar... service was great and staff was friendly. ... Ordered the Pulled Pork Burger and added an extra paddy w/Mac and cheese. Everything turned out fabulous. Craft beerselection also great... was able to try a few that I haven't had before. Headed back tonight and tomorrow. Update: 8November's visit, had the Monty's "Big Pig", tots and Gouda Mac and cheese bites. Everything was amazing, everything was cookedjust right, and the sandwich was delicious. The price you pay isn't very expensive for the portion size and quality of food. Not your typical bar food... head back tomorrow night for round 3... Only thing that I can say that isn't positive, I saw theguys next to me that ordered fries as a side... the French fries looked greasy and unappealing. Read more

Good food but great service! The servers and bar tenders were great and prompt to respond. The food was ok, but it wasn?t bad.... Served warm and well seasoned. The menu had many options, but the day I dined here they had steak as the menus special. Read more

I was in Effingham for the day and looked up the top places to get lunch. Gabby Goat popped up and the menu looked pretty good,... so we gave it a try. When we pulled in we noticed the parking lot was PACKED. It was about 11:15AM on a Thursday and we got thelast table. The menu was so good that I couldn't decide between 4 different things. I ended up getting the "QB" Burger, whichwas phenomenal. I do wish I would have tried the BBQ Pulled Pork Burger and the American Rangoons. The fries were incredible andthey served Pepsi AND Coke. The service was great and the bar looked nice. This was definitely a great lunch pick and I can seewhy it was the highest ranked in the area. Read more

My wife and I came here after a day of shopping and it was absolutely to die for! We got the garlic cheese curds and southwest... Rangoon's as an appetizer. I recommend both, they were so good! I also had the farmhouse burger on a pretzel bun for my meal andit was out of this world. The sweet and salty flavor was amazing. Every bite tasted like a full breakfast meal. My wife got theflaming goat burger and it was absolutely amazing too. The jalapenos were fresh and the goat cheese was amazing. 10/10 wouldrecommend everyone to come here at least once!!! Read more

Stopped in after reading reviews, and was not disappointed!!! I regret that I forgot the server's name but she was awesome, made... sure we were good the whole time! Was hard to choose what to get because everything sounded really good. I had the Sweet ThaiChicken Crunch with hand cut fries....soooo good and reasonably priced! Second time visiting! Service was good and food was excellent. The footlong hot dog with kraut and corned beef with mustard was... pretty amazing. I docked one star because the floors didn't look like they had been cleaned for a while. Pretty dirty, butnothing to detract from being happy with our visit. Read more
