I have always loved eating at Cracker Barrel. However this visit was very disappointing. The ladies restroom was filthy.... Floors hadn't been cleaned well in a long time. Only three stalls and one out of order. The trash can was literally held upwith bungee cord!?!?? What? Then the food was not even good. I ALWAYS love their food. I'm just very disappointed and hateto give this review but someone needs to see to this restaurant. I want Cracker Barrel to exist!! Sorry and thank you. Read more

My food was great, and my baby loved it too ???? our waitress was nice (forget her name, sorry). But she was attentive and made... no complaints about having to grab more silverware for me because my baby threw them on the floor (due to my own negligencemight I add ????). Place was pretty empty, tons of seats available so not sure why she sat my wife and I at the same table as another family, super... awkward. Ordered coffee, while waiting family at the table we were sat at were talking so much that we couldn't have aconversation of our own so we got up and left. Told cashier and she seemed embarrassed and saying we've told them to stopsitting people with other families but they don't listen. It was very slow. The service was fine. The food was fine.

Reasonable wait time to get seated. It took over an hour to get our food and then mine was overcooked. Server was polite and... apologetic. I could hear the family behind us complain about the wait and they ended up just leaving. When we paid, the lobbywas overly packed. Personally, I think if they had extended the wait time to be seated they would have a better balance on theticket time. Seeing as they just rushed everyone to a seat as it became available instead of monitoring ticket volume as well,it's not surprise out experience was disappointing. Also was let down with this location not offering mimosas. EDIT: Went backthis weekend with 2 friends. They forgot my hashbrown casserole and fruit. On my friends they forgot the grits and eggs. It's a distance from the rest of the restaurants but adequate parking for trucks, RVs, and trailers. Wanted to try something... different than the typical eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, and grits so I took a chance with the hash brown casserole. I promiseyou won't be disappointed.
