New management . Absolutely terrible customer service. Their website says they deliver but they don't deliver. They prompted us... to place an order through a 3rd party site for delivery, Even though we couldn't order everything we wanted because all of theitems on the menu were not available through that site. Then we placed the order through the 3rd party site and they weren'table to get the food ready in time so the driver had to leave and the order was canceled. Save the headache and go to ThaiThai. So the four of us sat down for lunch Sunday, we ordered Pra Ram, Pad Thai, Kee Maw, and Seafood Drunken Rice. For clarification,... all four of us have eaten at several different Thai restaurants across the United States...but we all agreed that these disheswere some of the best examples we have eaten. The waitress was very rude! She was more interested in sitting down and eating herself rather than do her job. We arrived at 3pm... and were hastily greeted with a bad attitude. Would give zero stars if they would let me. When we placed our order we had somequestions about the food and she continued with her rude attitude. The server makes the entire experience not worth it. Have excused the woman's behavior the past couple of years because of... pandemic, but there is no excuse for it. Doesn't seem to want customers' business. No problem. Will drive up to Scranton forbetter bubble tea, and over to Wilkes-Barre for better food. Read more

So, I have followed them from the Jasmine Thai days. I was so happy for them to be back. Always loved their pad Thai, curries,... and bubble tea. From the beginning they were five star quality. However, their server is always very unhappy to see you...itfeels like you are bothering her every time you pick up an order. Also, the quality of the food is going down. My drunkennoodles were disappointing- soggy noodles and the flavors not evenly distributed. Bubble tea is no longer available, buthopefully it will be back. Tried the Thai iced tea instead and that, thankfully, was amazing. Please Thai House ...please valueyour customers. The other Thai places make you feel very welcome.
