I came to this page that only exsists on the Internet tonight to leave a review. I found that i left 3 Stars some time ago. I... will leave it at 3 stars. Because at the evening of the previous day. I ordered a Double Cheese burger. Without slices offermented cucumber. And the first bite of this symbol of over processed sustenance. I usually like coming to this McDs, but something happened recently and they lost most of their staff. The mornings have been... excruciatingly slow. They have 2 employees, that I could see. 1 had to take orders at window 1 then walk to window 2 to get theorder for the person, then walk back to window 1 for the next order. The other person was making the meals. Crazy, I feel badfor those employees. Honestly I?d rather they close down till they have enough employees than make the employees have to dealwith that and expect them to cope. Read more
Worst experience ever. You had to order at a kiosk and I watched so many older people turn away because they didn't know how to... use it. The counter people said they weren't allowed to help. They forgot our drinks and had to wait a good 10 minutes forthem. Other people were telling them to forget about the drinks and walking out. It was awful. Read more
We were almost given the wrong order, when I questioned what they handing, they were able to find our order & we were short one... order of fries, but it too was corrected quickly, still going to give them a 4 because how quick & professional the staffreacted. Read more
I realize times are hard, short staffed, underpaid, rude customers the whole nine yards. EVEN with my history of restaurant and... customer service, compassionate eyes this place is a train wreck. If you want to be ignored, then treated badly, get the wrongfood and THEN scoffed at when you want the correct order. This is the place for you. I wasn't rude one minute. Worst drive-thru service I've ever experienced at McDonald's. Actually ran out of medium sized drink cups. Made people sit in... line 10 to 15 minutes waiting for orders ahead of us. Should have sent the customers to the parking area where you wait for yourorder instead of making others wait. Read more
Would give them zero stars if i could.ordered two double cheese burgers, received two burgers with one piece of meat and two... pieces of cheese on each one. of course a double cheese burger is two pieces of meat and one cheese. they did get the triplecheese burger right. one out of three is not too bad for them i guess. This McDonald's was not fast, but they made up for it with friendly employees. The employees treated each customer with respect.... The food was cooked to perfection and orders were being monitored by a smiling leader in the drive thru.. Read more
