Ordered delivery around 1430 but the guy was on break. Went in and asked if the delivery fee was refunded and the guy behind the... counter said, I don't know, I just got here. He was being somewhat snippy, did not apologize for the inconvenience and was notpolite and courteous. Read more
This Domino's needs some help. It wasn't very good at all when they had shifted their opening time to 12 noon. They missed... some great opportunity for sales, and many folks missed having pizza or other Domino's products for lunch. Now they've shiftedopening time to 11 am (although I personally think 10:30 would be better). However, upon calling to place an order for a coupleof pizzas to be delivered to the airmen working at the VCC, I was told that they are swamped and he could not take my order now. Please call back later in the day. There are only "two of us" here and wn't be able to help you (me) now. That's certainly anew one on me. Domino's needs to staff up or admit they're not the right fit for Edwards AFB. Read more
They wouldn’t deliver at south base bldg 120 BFTF and it was excuses after excuses. When I arrive in an area where they can... deliver since I cannot leave my area, they told me it’s a minimum charge of this $$$ amount. So I switch up from pasta and getpizza for me and my buddy at work which is worth the money and the individual worker told me I was being sketchy. $49 for 2 pizzas. 1 Hawaiian and 1 build your own with 7 toppings (like a supreme). Update: ordered pizza at 7:50pm on... Thursday via the App. Carry out listed until 9pm. Received a call a minute or two later stating they were just about to close. I asked if they were not going to make the pizza. They replied "no." They said they refunded my money... still waiting onthat AND had to go find food. Domino's, thank you for your support. This it the top half of the Sandwich I just picked up during my lunch break. Got back to work and this is what I got. Cheese is... burnt black. Tastes burnt the bread part is hard like a crouton. The app shows that the food was prepared by Charles who Ibelieve is also the manager. Read more
My family stayed at TLF on base last week and ordered a non-cheese large pizza with a few toppings only to pick it up... get... back to lodging just to see cheese on various slices. Ugh should have checked. The guy on the phone was very nice and saidthey'd re-make it and deliver it without cheese. 45 mins later when the remake arrived, you could tell there was no love putinto the pizza. There was no garlic on the crust for the second time, it looked like they made it and let it sit beforedelivery. It just looked old and the delivery female wasn't nice at all after I asked her if i could check for no cheese sinceit was a remake. Smh We didn't eat the remake.... it just looked too gross! Decent pizza and get it fast. Be sure to use the app to order and use the coupons and a good deal can still be had.
