Typical DQ that has the drive through open untill 11
Several times my family has been in this location to order food or to pick up a cake and the service is terrible. You will stand... there for five to ten minutes while at least 3-4 counter persons are standing behind the counter walking in circles speaking ina different language, enjoying their conversation rather than helping the customers. Want to get a cake? Wait for them tounlock the vaulted freezer? but you must wait for someone to actually acknowledge you first. Arrogance and lack of customerservice is all I have to say. They get your order wrong and pretend you aren't there.
Went and placed my order, the entire order was wrong. Ended up paying more than what I should of. No one tried to rectify the... situation. Horrible customer service. Will NOT return. Read more

I have my two personal favourite that i like to have whenever get a chance. One is strawberry sundae and other one is poutine.... Yeah you read correctly Canadians favourite poutine. Usually vegetarians don?t have lot of options to eat?..but just wanna tellthat DQ?s regular poutine is vegetarian it have some mushrooms in the gravy don?t think it?s meat. But always make sure toconfirm when you order because some locations don?t serve vegetarian poutine. This location do sell vegetarian poutine so yeahyou have one more option open vegetarians to eat in edson that?s DQ?s poutine. Read more
Ordered the $7 chicken strip meal and chose chocolate cherry for my sunday. I also asked for just the cheese burger from the... other $7 meal deal. When I was told my order was over $16 I inquired and found out they tried to charge me $6.75 for just theburger from the $7 deal. They also charged me an extra $1 for my sunday choice, which no other DQ has ever done. The chickenstrip basket was delicious but the sunday was disappointingly tiny considering the extra charge.
